Employee Happiness Survey was rolled out at Handiman to know level of employee happiness and understand aspects we need to focus as to create a desired working ambience of happy energy. The survey showed high satisfaction level of employees overall and on different aspects.

Highlights of EHS:

• There was 100% participation of the employees in the survey.

• The success ratio of the survey is 9:10, where 90% of employees said that they are happy to be a part of Handiman Family.

• The Top five statements where employees were very happy and which received maximum votes are as follows:
1. 90% employees said they understand how their work directly contributes to success of Handiman.
2. 89% of employees voted that their job is important in accomplishing the mission of Handiman.
3. 89% of employees said they are completely focused on their duties at work.
4. 86% of employees voted that they get a sense of self satisfaction by performing their job well.
5. 85% of people said that there work place is well maintained.
