With the objective to factor-in extra care, concern and caution into our services we consider ‘Service Institutions’ as a separate set. They typically include; Schools, Collages, Hospitals, Religious Institutions, Hospitality Centers and similar public services institutions.

Extra diligence, on our part, as a matter of rule starts right with the selection of most suitable staff in ensuring grater level of care, compassion and helpful attitude which are all critical for running service institutions.

House Keeping

At service institutions we take extra care to keep the floor always clean, neat and dry considering frequent usage by large sets of people. In ensuring greater level of hygiene we use appropriate dose of disinfectants and carryout the job as frequently as may be required.

Apart from routine cleaning we also carryout periodical special cleaning using machines and additional man power to remove hard dirt, stains and to get that all new look – all over again. Depending upon the usage we undertake power cleaning of the wash basins, commodes, faucets etc. with appropriate detergents once every week or as frequently as may be required.

Repairs & Upkeep

We undertake total responsibility for the running and proper upkeep of all the facilities and systems such as; power supply, generator, water pumps, pipelines, sewage treatment plant, common lighting and also lifts.

Depending upon the size of the complex and the needs we depute skilled, trained and knowledgeable staff on full time basis for carrying out technical maintenance routine regarding electricity, water supply, stp, generators etc..

Gardens

In Service institutions open areas are typically large. Our division which plans and directs the upkeep of garden area of all our maintenance projects would surely prove exceptionally effective in turning the entire place lively with lots of green and flowers. In tune with the size of the garden area we depute required number of full time staff for carrying out routine garden maintenance work.

Pools

Our engineering division which carries out routine maintenance and repair work takes particular care to keep the pools in service institutions ever vibrant and clean.

Support Staff

For facilitating smooth and efficient functioning of the service institutions we provide skilled and trained support staff who are by nature helpful and kind. They include experienced personnel for; operating lifts and other installations and for managing; movement and parking of vehicles, movement of people including recording entry and exit logs and also assistants to take care of the young and old people visiting the complex.
