We provide comprehensive set of services for maintenance and upkeep of all kinds of residential apartment complexes. Our proposition is to ensure; neat ambience, smooth functioning of all common facilities and systems and to provide the all-essential feel of absolute security and care to all the residents of the complex.

For residential apartments, we selectively depute the staff considering the resident mix of culturally diverse families as also the concern and the needs of the old and the very young.

House Keeping

For keeping the common areas ever-clean we provide required number of staff with the needed skill-set which is decided upon an assessment process and is also reviewed from time to time.

Apart from routine cleaning we also carryout periodical special cleaning using power tools and additional man power to remove stubborn dirt, stains and to get that all new look – all over again. While doing special cleaning, we use permitted drugs to prevent growth of fungus and to make all the common areas inhospitable for pests. Similarly, we schedule and depute skillful technicians for carrying out sundry repairs and maintenance work as and when the need arises.

Repairs & Upkeep

We undertake total responsibility for the running and proper upkeep of all the facilities and systems such as; power supply, generators, water pumps, pipelines, sewage treatment plant, common lighting and also lifts.

Depending upon the size of the complex and the needs we depute skilled, trained and knowledgeable staff on full time basis for carrying technical maintenance functions regarding electricity, water supply, STP, generators etc.

Garden & Pools

We have a separate division to concurrently plan and direct the upkeep of garden area of all our maintenance projects. We are all obsessed with green and environmental issues. Irrespective of the size of the complex we raise plants - as many as possible, on open earth and in pots, in a planned manner in creating a soothing and lively ambience with flowers in a variety of colors. We take care of children’s play area and do routine cleaning.

For large gardens we depute required number of full time staff exclusively for carrying out routine work.

Pools : We have a fully equipped division to carry out routine maintenance and repair work of all kinds and sizes of pools. Depending upon the size and usage we suggest and plan regular maintenance protocol.

Services for residents

Depending on the need and the load of work we offer to provide additional staff for providing sundry services to the residents. They include; car/bike washing, fixing bulbs and tubes, attending to minor works of the nature of assistance.

And, of course, residents of handiman AMC projects get a rebate on Handiman’s ‘Contractual’ and ‘On demand’ Homecare services – on priority.
