Officecare is a scaled down version of the comprehensive office upkeep services we provide to mid-size to large offices, retail chains and other commercial establishments. Officecare is developed as suitable for small (less than 10 staff) to mid-size (up to about 100 staff) offices, showrooms and other business establishments duly considering the cleaning and hygiene needs which have a direct bearing on the comfort level and efficiency of the staff as also the brand image that’s visually conveyed to the clientele who visit the office.
Officecare includes complete range of Handiman’s On-Demand Premises Repairs & Upkeep services which covers practically every conceivable need for keeping the modern offices and showrooms – inviting and inspiring.

Customized, Planned & Scheduled services: Officecare’s benefit potential to our clientele is enhanced by its overriding features which provide scope for customization, cost effectiveness and hassle-free execution, such as; a) Scope to chose most essential services for scheduling, b) Planning of the jobs in due consideration of the needs and situation, c) Scheduling of the execution as per the convenience of the customers with out any disruptions to routine work i.e. execution of the jobs in the evenings/Saturdays/Sundays.

Scope
Pest Control (Monthly / quarterly or as per requirement).
Repairs & Upkeep (Electrical, Plumbing & Carpentry including furniture upkeep).
POWERClean: Floors and walls, Restrooms including commodes, urinals, wash basins, faucets and other accessories. Niches, stairways and other spaces, Window glasses and grills, Fans, Light fittings, Switch points, Bulbs and tubes, Furniture (tables, chairs etc.), Cabinets, shelves, racks etc. Telephones, computers and other office equipments (Weekly / Fortnightly or as per requirement).
Carpet & furniture upholstery cleaning (shampooing) - (Monthly or as per requirement).
Indoor Plants - supply and replacement every week or sooner depending upon the kind of plants.
Flower vase: supply and arrangements (daily or as per requirement)
Priority Services
Officecare customers would be entitled to priority services on all, ‘On demand’ upkeep and renovation services, such as; Sundry civil works, painting and other maintenance.
On all new constructions and installations such as; Additional civil works, Landscaping and Rain Water Harvesting systems.
