We provide tailored set of support services for mid-size to large offices for perpetually maintaining the entire office; very clean, healthy and exceptionally presentable. We also provide support staff as may be needed.

In deputing the service staff we relate their experience, exposure levels, mannerisms and communication abilities in ensuring suitability for the kind and style of the office.

House Keeping

Staff designated for House Keeping chores would do routine cleaning of the floor, tables, furniture and fixtures - daily or as frequently as may be required. They would also clean the wash area and rest rooms regularly duly using disinfectants and deodorants.

Apart from routine cleaning we carryout periodical special cleaning using power tools and chemicals with a separate set of man power to remove stiff dirt, stains and to get that all new look – all over again, particularly at the wash area which would include wash basins, floor & wall tiles, commodes and the accessories.

Support Staff

For offices which are evolving, as part of the AMC we also provide staff for carrying out certain support functions. We can provide; office boys, pantry service team and assistant level staff for supporting common office functions. We have a separate division to provide staffing solutions for a range of support functions. Our comprehensive out-staffing service for the chosen categories is structured to take over wholesome responsibilities on the task.

For Large Offices

For large offices with an independent complex we undertake to provide wholesome services for the running and proper upkeep of all the facilities and systems such as; power supply, generator, water pumps, pipelines, sewage treatment plant and common lighting. Our services for large offices can include regular maintenance of gardens, pools and other installation and also managing parking areas and visitor movements.
