Staffing Services
Our Staffing Services are, by choice and purpose, focused exclusively on a set of carefully selected individual-service jobs which are, by and large, provided by large numbers of illiterate or semi-literate persons and are vastly perceived as low-dignity jobs and are therefore highly disorganized. Typically, the persons providing these services are underprivileged and perpetually live without any kind of future security, a situation which results in irregular and deficient service with associated issues of trust. Our objective is to bring about a favourable situation for both the seekers and providers of such services.
Objectives
We intend to organize the chosen individual-service sectors with appreciable elements of trust, discipline and performance for the service seekers and future security, better working conditions and dignity of labor for the service providers.
Propositions
For the service seekers our propositions are; diligent verification of the background of the service staff, formal and structured training on the niceties of the respective jobs, and concurrent programs on behavior and mannerisms.
For the service providers (staff) we provide; decent remuneration, Leaves & holidays, and more importantly future security in terms of - ESI, EPF and other saving schemes.
